•Wash and boil the gizzards with ginger, garlic, seasoning cube, onions, and salt until it is well cooked. Drain and set aside
•Cut or grate the vegetables and set aside
•Heat the oil in a pan, add the vegetables (Onion, pepper, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic)
•Add the stock cube and finally the gizzards and stir. Let it boil for a few minutes before you bring it down
•You can serve with boiled rice.
