While congratulating his crew members for their hard work and consistency. Amafibe pointed out why his agency is aimed at building peace in the country through the Peace Education Project(PEP).

“Our society has been driven into a stage of abject poverty because of the extensive lack of proper education. Educating the youth has been our primary interest; we have set up outreach peace programmes in various schools to lend our voice to the Nigerian youths to acquire proper knowledge.

“Peace Achiever Awards is a private initiative of Peace Ambassador Agency to recognise individuals and organizations in Nigeria and Africa who have demonstrated strong commitment in serving their communities. Nonetheless, we are building a movement involving all sectors of the society, that promotes the unity of Nigeria, “he said.

Amafibe, also urged the recipients to be agents of positive change.

“As we celebrate United Nation Peace Day, we call on all stakeholders in different sectors to encourage initiative like this that create opportunities for the Nigerian youths”.

Also speaking, Dr. Mrs. Elisabeth Jack-Rich Tein Jnr, appreciated the organizers of the award. She dedicated the award to her husband, for been her pillar of strength and support to pilot the affairs of Elisabeth Jack Rich Aid Foundation.

In the same vein, Yusuf Chico Otuya congratulated fellow recipients and hailed Amafibe for the great initiative. He also dedicated the award to God, everyone who supported him in attaining destiny.
