Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State and his wife, Ebelechukwu voted at their Eri 004 polling unit, Otuocha Ward 1 at 9.54 am.
Speaking to newsmen shortly after casting his vote, the Governor commended the peaceful nature and called on people to feel free and come out to cast their votes.
He urged the younger ones to stay back after voting to guard their votes.
Meanwhile, there is low turnout of voters at almost all the units so far visited.
