Gunmen have reportedly abducted three travellers in Ikakumo in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State. Ikakumo is at the boundary between Ondo and Edo states.
Sunday Sun learnt from a source that the gunmen beat a commercial motorcyclist, who ran into them, to stupor. The commercial motorcyclist reportedly fainted and was later resuscitated before he narrated the incident to the residents.

The Ikare-Akoko police area commander, Mr Razak Rauf, who confirmed the incident, assured that the hoodlums who kidnapped the travellers would soon be apprehended. He said the police have commenced investigation into the matter.
