Ojo Beauty has emerged winner of the maiden edition of FilmHouse Africa reality TV show season 1.

For her victory, Beauty smiled home with N30 million worth of prizes, SUV and endorsement deals with luxury vacation and tour companies. However, the first and second runners-up, Irabor Sandra and Joan Iron, went home with consolation prizes.

An excited and overwhelmed Beauty said she would use the prize money to complete the project she’s currently working on, and will also use it to produce her debut movie, which has been in the pipeline for years.

“My experience in the house was one of the best things that has ever happened to me, because I learned a lot. I used to be that person who believed in the second option, but when I got to the FilmHouse show, I was told that having two options is not good. They told me that having one option is to be the best, and that has really helped me,” she enthused.

The organisers of the show, Joseph and Emmanuel Etim aka Starguys Twins, were full of gratitude to God for making the edition a success. “We are currently working on the second phase of the project, Love and Blood, a movie that will be released next June. From the onset, we had the passion to help youths and when you hear different stories of youths in the country, you will get frustrated. It is a thing of joy to see youths that you have helped to become successful. It is a privilege for us to help Nigerian youths.”
