JUST IN: Hundreds of PDP supporters await Atiku’s arrival in Asaba

Hundreds of supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are currently at the Asaba airport, awaiting the arrival of a former vice president, Atiku Abubakar.

Abubakar is currently touring the southern parts of the country in continuation of his consultation with critical stakeholders in his bid to seek the presidential ticked of the opposition party.

On arrival, Atiku will pay a courtesy on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, and later a stakeholders’ meeting at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba.

Delta State has been ruled by the PDP since the return of democracy in 1999.
