STAR of Jenifa’s Diary, Fisayo Ajisola aka Freezon, has revealed that she loves acting crazy and sexy roles.
“Personally, I like playing crazy and sexy roles. It is really nice for me playing these roles. I played a sexy role in a soap entitled Story of Us, which is on air currently. Mind you, one doesn’t have to be naked to play sexy roles,” the graduate of Biochemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Ogun State, said.
Could she act a nude role: “I don’t know why people take nudity as the peak of immorality,” she says waving her hands. “What would you say about murder and other crazy things that people do? It is sad that people say all sorts of things or condemn people for taking nude pictures or talking about sex. People forget that acting is all about assuming a character. We are in the make-belief industry and we have to be professional.”
As an actress, musician and model, how has she been coping? “I don’t have any problem handling these jobs. I am happy that I am flexible and can combine them without stress. I can act, sing and flaunt my curves. Meanwhile, don’t let us forget that all these still fall under entertainment; I see myself as an all-round entertainer.”
The actress also commented on what it was like acting in Jenifa’s Diary, Funke Akindele’s popular comedy: “The experience was awesome. I believe I did well. I am pleased with my role and I will do it over and over again. Funke Akindele was quite pleased with my delivery.”
Among others she has also starred in popular TV series including This Life. She also runs an NGO, the Jewel Empowerment Foundation (JEF) dedicated to school leavers, the underprivileged, orphans and people living with HIV/AIDS.
