THERE is absolutely no doubt that Uti Nwachukwu has joined the top ranks of celebrities ever since he won the Big Brother reality television contest. The actor, model and presenter can best be described as a man of diverse creativity. In this chat with Sunday Sun, he shared with us his favorites.
What’s your favorite food?
I am a Delta man, so I love starch and banga soup with assorted meat and stock fish.
Favourite book?
My favorite book is The Secret and in fact all the books by Rhonda Byrne and these include The Hero, The Magic, The Power etc.
Favorite quote?
I am not sure if it’s originally mine but it keeps coming into my head and its “The greatest achievers always start out as impossible dreamers.”
Favourite car?
Wow! I love Toyota cars, anything Toyota is in. Any Toyota SUV is my favorite of all times.
Favourite holiday spot?
That would be anywhere in Europe.
Favourite designer in Nigeria?
I have so many favourite designers but Emmy Kasbit is my favourite designer now. He has made some amazing suits for me and I love them all. He has been sewing for me for the past two years now.
Favourite sport?
I love swimming a lot. I used to be a very good swimmer when I was much younger. I used to swim competitively when I was in secondary school but these days I don’t really have the time like I used to. Even when I have the time, I think of my dreadlocks, you know I have to go and re-lock the dreads and make sure it doesn’t look rough.
Favourite Nollywood crush?
That’s hard and it will be offensive to say that because they are all married and I don’t want their spouses to start running after me. Well, except you want me to lie, but in Hollywood that would be Eva Mendes.
Favourite fashion item?
I love accessories, from necklaces to bracelets and belts. You know accessories always make your total look well packaged.
