Igbo youths under the aegis of the Coalition for Southeast East Youth Leaders,(COSEYL) comprising youth group leaders in Igbo land has warned former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha against inciting violence in his State.

The warning follows the recent forceful unsealing of the Royal Palm Spring Estate sealed by the Imo State government on Sunday by Okorocha that led to a bloody clash between both prominent sons of the State.

Adressing newsmen on Tuesday, the National President of COSEYL, Goodluck Ibem, noted that Okorocha’s action is capable of causing a breakdown of law a day order in the State which he said is their concern as youths from the zone.

He therefore warned that if the former governor does not retrace his steps, he leaves them with no option but to mobilise a one million man match for his recall from the senate.

“Our decision to call out Okorocha for reprimand through these peaceful means is also informed by his reckless behaviours while in office as the governor of Imo State which led to impoverishment of Imolites, hence increase in insecurity in Imo State.

“We want to serve notice that if Okorocha does not desist from his ignoble role of promoting violence in Imo State, we will mobilise one million Igbo youths to occupy the national assembly until he is expelled from the Senate.” Ibem stated.
