Canada-based Nigerian singer, Kelly Anthony, has started 2019 on a good note, with the release of his new song, EKO

Written by Anthony himself and visuals directed by Toronto-based cinematographer, Seeds Visuals, the song dwells more on the struggle of those living in Lagos, working hard every day and night for their survival; with the spirit of chasing their dreams and make the dreams come true.

“The struggles and hardship I had to go through to accomplish my goals and make my dream come to reality inspired me on penning this song,” Kelly says.

Speaking further on his plans to take over the Nigerian music scene, Kelly stated:“I want to make my name bold in the industry and create a solid fan base in the music industry in Nigeria and across Africa, that’s the plan. I also want to tour Nigerian tertiary institutions, media houses and clubs, which will enable me to get more familiar with my fans and connect with them. The song, EKO will let me do more activities in Nigeria this year.”

The act, who started his Kelly Anthony Foundation (KAF) eight years ago in Lagos, supporting the homeless and giving clothes and food items to the underprivileged, promised to donate all the proceeds from the song to charity.
