The Supreme Court will on Monday, deliver judgment on the appeals challenging the declaration of Governor Emeka Ihedioha as the validly-elected governor of Imo state.
Already, Daily Sun has confirmed that hearing notice has been issued to all the parties to the appeals.
The multiple appeals are specifically contesting the judgment of the Court of Appeal which upheld the decision of the Imo state governorship election tribunal which agreed with the declaration of Ihedioha as the governor of Imo state by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday.
Not satisfied with the decision of the intermediate appellate court, the appellants urged the apex court to set it aside.
