Ali Jihami, the sales and marketing expert at Ghana’s Ghandour Cosmetics Ltd, has lived for over 20 years in the West African country, well, he has said he would love to become a footballer if he has another life to live.

 “I would probably be a footballer in my next life. I play, live, and breathe football. I used to play it professionally for our home team in Lebanon and with several football teams in Ivory Coast,” he told The Sun in a recent interview.

Ali Jihami who has worked across the continent orchestrating high-impact marketing feats that resonate from Accra to Lagos, and from Nairobi to Dares Salaam also expressed his perceptive about the viability of the beauty and cosmetic industry in Africa.

 He said: “The personal and beauty care market in Africa is booming. It is expanding at double the rate of growth of the global industry. In 2022, the African beauty market is expected to be worth about $14 billion.

Ali Jihami is, by all means, a successful man who is good at what he is doing, namely the sales and marketing of luxurious and personal care products.
Speaking about role models, he avowed: “The man that I have become has been immensely influenced by the man that my father was. He was a very hardworking person, a family man who demonstrated confidence and leadership, respected people, and was honest. These are guiding principles that I live by today.”

Having had his primary and high school education in Lebanon, Ali Jihami also gathered several Marketing and sales qualifications, among them is a Master of Science in Digital Marketing.
