THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), yesterday, said it was too early to say how its members would vote in the election of the Senate President in the ninth Assembly.
The party National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, stated this yesterday in an interview with Daily Sun.
Ologbondiyan, who was reacting to statement by Sabi that PDP senators would vote for the incumbent Senate Leader as president for the ninth Assembly, said the opposition party would wait until next session of the National Assembly is convoked. “We will wait until the ninth Assembly is convoked.
We have made our stand clear that the four presiding officers is not the preserve of any political party. As to how our members will vote, we will wait until the ninth Assembly is convoked,” he stated
