While the incidents of difficult customers who complain irrespective of how good a product is cannot be ruled out, the Getfitng CEO insisted the company has not been having such challenges.

“We try our best to satisfy all our customers and so far, most of our difficult customers ended up been Getfit lovers and preachers,” she stated.
