The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the match officials that will take charge of the final of the 2022 African Women Cup of Nations, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Host Atlas Lioness of Morocco overcame Nigeria’s Super Falcons to reach the final while Banyana Banyana of South Africa got the better of Shepolopolo of Zambia to book its place.

Nigeria’s foremost match official Mimisen Iyorhe was among the match officials that will oversee the final slated for Morocco.

She will work as the first Assistant Referee (AR1) for respected arbiter Salima Rhadia Mukansanga from Rwanda who will be the centre referee of the historic encounter.

Fanta Idrissa Kone (Mali) will be the second Assistant Referee (ARII) while Maria Packuita Cynquela Rivet from Mauritius will be the fourth official.

This will be the fourth time Iyorhe will be in action in this competition and she has also been listed for the 2022 FIFA U20 Women World Cup in Costa Rica.
