The 2022 edition of the Jordan Nwora Foundation Elite Basketball Camp came to close Wednesday in Lagos with campers expressing joy and satisfaction.

The Camp which is a way of giving back to the society is an initiative of the Jordan Nwora Foundation and powered by Sportswear manufacturers Adidas.

According to the President of the Foundation, Anthony Nwora who spoke at the closing ceremony held at the Dodan Warriors Basketball Courts, Ilupeju, Lagos said that the body is endeared to do more for the society given the turnout he has seen.

“Jordan Nwora is a 23-year-old kid playing for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA but despite being drafted in 2021, he has set out through the Jordan Nwora Foundation to give back to the society starting with FIBA Africa Zone 3 countries. We’re convinced that more needs to be done to give opportunities to other players and help create a career path for them.

Anthony Nwora while thanking those that have contributed to the success of this year’s camps also presented awards to the Mr. Tunde Folawiyo, CEO Folawiyo Group, Mr. Emeka Otiba, ERO/Founder Rollace hotels, Rear Admiral Hamza Ibrahim (Rtd) and Nestle Nigeria Plc.
