People can give you a list of things to do and give a lot of advice for getting nearer your goals and aspirations in life. However, nothing can beat the genuine pieces of advice that professionals and experienced individuals can give, guiding others for helping them believe in their efforts and dreams and leading them towards exponential success. This time it is Kaanu Nelson Olaniyi who has come forward to explain to others what they can do to attain the success that they desire as athletes. People in Europe who love the sport of basketball know who this young gentleman and pro athlete is. Kaanu Olaniyi is a 23-year-old basketball player from Riddes, Switzerland, who learned the game his way and amazed people with his skills and talents in basketball, becoming a recognized name in his country.

• Setting realistic goals: There are many athletes already that make success look very easy to attain, which is not the case most of the times, says Kaanu Olaniyi. He says it is essential for athletes to set realistic goals and also invest physical and mental energy to achieve those goals.
• Taking out the best version: Kaanu Olaniyi explains that it is important for people to work towards taking out their best versions, rather than focusing on becoming the best always. He believes there is always room for development and growth and athletes need to believe in their innate ability to do that.
• Have grit: They say any person who wishes to take charge of their own destiny must show great grit and stamina. Kaanu Olaniyi explains that there can be many naysayers, but getting out of this negativity requires courage and working upon it can get athletes to the success they desire.

So many talents emerged in basketball so far, but those who have worked upon the above-mentioned habits have shown a different level of excellence in their career, just like Kaanu Olaniyi has exhibited so far in his basketball journey.
