Speaking at the unveiling of the new initiative, Managing Director, Realty Invest Network Solutions Limited, Mr. Nicholas Orakwe, said the purpose of the initiative was to provide the public a new means of owning land as well as a home. He noted that the new initiative has a unique focus on enabling organised professionals like cooperatives and other commercial or social entities as well as individual Nigerians to own landed properties at ease, and it would further increase the chances of low-income to no-income earners to actualise their dreams of home and land ownership.
