Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong has applauded the peaceful conduct of the governorship and assembly elections.
This is as he expressed confidence for victory in the polls, saying he would consolidate on peace and other achievements recorded by his administration if given the mandate for a second tenure.
Lalong, who voted at his Ajikamai polling unit with his wife, Regina Lalong in Ajikamai village of Shendam Local Government Area of Plateau State, said: “I will win the election by God’s grace and I will consolidate on what we have started in the state. We will improve on the current peace and complete the projects that we have started.”
