Actress-turned-nurse, Georgina Onuoha has stepped out to counsel other women to stay strong and never give up during their stormy days.

Drawing from her life experiences, the thespian said: “I have seen many storms in my life. Most storms have caught me by surprise, so I had to learn very quickly to look further and understand that I am not capable of controlling the weather, to exercise the art of patience and to respect the fury of nature.

“I have been strong yet most often I feel weak from fears of navigating this storm called life. In my deepest reflections, I’ve come to understand that even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word ‘happy’ would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better to take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.
