Super Eagles attacker Ademola Lookman has penned a 4-year contract with Italian Serie A giant, Atalanta.
The transfer deal was made after the former Leicester City star passed his medicals on Wednesday and a fee of €15m+ add ons agreed by Atalanta and his parents club, RB Leipzig and medicals passed.
He signed a contract that will keep him at the club till 2026 with an option for extension.
The 24-year-old Super Eagles star spent the last two seasons on loan at Premier League sides Fulham and Leicester City.
He joined Leipzig but failed to make the grade at the German Bundesliga side since joining Everton in 2019.
Lookman, who switched his international allegiance to Nigeria early this year, made his Super Eagles debut on 25 March 2022 in the first leg playoff of the 2022 World Cup against Ghana.
He started the return leg in Abuja, which ended 1-1.
