PZ Wilmar premium brand, Mamador, has again given its commitment to supporting Nigerian women empowerment initiatives.

It gave the assurance during the 2018 edition of  the annual home-coming and assembly of Igbo women across different communities in the South-East popularly known as August Meeting.

According to the Mamador brand, the  August Meeting has become synonymous with women empowerment, rural community development, conflict management, peace building and human development in rural societies of eastern Nigeria since its inception.

Speaking on the brand’s constant support for the initiative, the Category Marketing Manager, Chioma Mbanugo, stated that PZ Wilmar, in line with its commitment to sustainable initiatives, investing in the future of local communities and the environment, acknowledged the meeting’s inclination for holistic development in rural communities.
