A self-styled activist and literary crusader, identified as Arize Ifewulu, caused a stir, on Wednesday, during the Media Summit organised by the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Anambra State Council, when he breached protocol and disrupted Governor Willie Obiano’s speech.

The man, who suddenly appeared on the stage facing the governor, carried a placard with the inscription: “For quality books, Your Excellency, please judge my manuscript, Don’t allow talent to lie waste please!…..

He was pacing up & down when the governor ordered him to stop.

When the governor caught a glimpse of what was written in the placard, he commended the library idea but wondered why the man chose NUJ forum for the campaign.
