Christopher S. Jeyarajah, a.k.a Chris Jey is one of Canada’s most valuable promoters. He is also an event planner and talent agent who came into limelight in 2009 before he established BMW Promo in 2012.
Born November 11, 1970, he grew up in Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, Canada, among others.
He is the CEO/Founder of BMW Promotion, an entertainment company well known for event planning, artiste booking in and outside Canada.
Chris Jey began his journey as a high-school gig planner when he moved to Canada to achieve his dream. He eventually broke into Europe and the North American entertainment industry where he also worked with most of the world-leading talent, including Fetty Wap, Cardi B, Drake, Chris Brown, Stefflon Don, DJ Drama, Snoop Dogg, Notorious B.I.G, French Montana, Boyz II Men, Ace Hood, Juicy J, Tyga, Lil Kim, among many others.
Aside from being a self-made promoter from Sri Lanka who made his dream turn reality, Chris Jey is also known for introducing the likes of Cardi B and Notorious B.I.G first on stage in Canada.
His company, BMW Promo is driving into the African market to promote the Afro-beat sound and its pioneer leading the new generation world music. He recently visited Nigeria and hooked up with top DJ’s and promoters in Nigeria to expand his service towards the Africa market.
