This natural sweetened smoothie is created using varieties of fruits, juices and ice.
You can use either fresh or frozen fruit. Frozen fruit can help thicken the smoothie like ice does, so if you like a thicker smoothie, use half frozen fruit and half fresh.
•1/2 cup orange juice
•1 tablespoon honey
•2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
•1 banana, cut into chunks
•1 1/2 cups ice cubes
•Using a blender, blend all ingredients until ice is crushed and mixture is thick and frothy.
•Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
