“Chinonso is an 18-year-old young man who was born with a kidney condition that resulted in kidney failure in February this year.

“He is receiving dialysis at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, twice in a week.

“He needs a kidney transplant to save his life but the family cannot afford the surgery. His uncle is willing to donate one of his kidneys.

“The cost of kidney transplant at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, according to the doctor is N10 million. We have no means of affording such amount of money to save his life.
