On Easter Sunday, April 3 2021, over 300 Widows and homeless will gather at the residence of Mrs. Oluwapamilerinayo Ogunba aka Mrs. O in Ile Oluji, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Oluwapamilerinayo Hannah Ogunba aka Mrs. O a Dubai based producer, fashion designer, businesswoman and philanthropist said she is organizing the outreach to distribute palliatives and materials to the needy especially widows. She said it is the blessing of God on her life that inspired her to organize this outreach program for widows. “Mothers are life/care givers and so should be taken care of and nurtured” she said.

Speaking to our reporter, Mrs. O said that she has always longed to organize something like this as a way of giving back and helping women in need especially with the tough economic situation brought on by the covid pandemic.

Mrs. O said she is making arrangements so that the women would receive medical check ups and diagnosis, treatment for various ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, malaria, bacterial and fungal infections, eye problems and also receive free medication.

Mrs. O, promised to do all in her power to make sure this event occurs annually every Easter Sunday. “Cash gifts, food items like Rice, Beans, Garri, Onions, Noodles, palm oil and salt will be distributed to the women too” she said.
