 Music is more than just talent – Oshine ‘Oshinealasheju’

Music talent and independent artiste oshinealasheju also known as Oshine with several hits to his credit via is independently owned record label is of the opinion that music is more than just talent as it requires Indepth skills and ability. 

 

 

Stating further he said there is a business side to music which entails monetizing and investment in the music arm.

‘ Your personality as an individual, your style of music commands the type of following you will get a brand’.

Citing an example, Oshine recall when he did a collaboration with a Jamaican artist on the song title ‘ Keep Pushing’; it for him a lot of following from islands and Caribbean’s as a result of adequate push and been strategic.

 

It is however needless to say that the talent is important but must be fine-tuned to a particular taste, formidable team amongst others.

 

Reiterating further, Oshine noted that every artists must exhibit good character among fellow entertainers, media practitioners, brands and show promoters as this goes a long to help in further positioning the brand to a larger audience.
