Chukwuebuka Gabriel Ilochonwu, the Chief Executives Officer (CEO) of AJ Entertainment, has charged singers to do good music cutting across national divides, as a unifying factor to further encourage peaceful coexistence among all and sundry.

He said “since music is a food for the soul, and what can inspire one to either be productive or otherwise, it is good to factor all these positively inspiring ingredients into the music production so we give a befitting perspective to every song being waxed for mass consumption.”

The AJ Entertainment boss said a good music sells fast, while it gears fans and other listeners to ask for more, and with this, he said, “an artiste won’t be put out of circulation easily but will always be in people’s mind, for regular patronage home and abroad.”

The United States-based music entrepreneur popularly known as Ebuka, said, with his years of experience in the industry, home and abroad, he has been exposed to different gimmicks and the true nature of the work to know what is the best practice to adopt for good returns.

“For instance, I’ve worked with different artistes, had even signed on my label one of the successful Nigerian singers, Blaqjerzee, who is equally widely known and it was a profitable relationship, so, if resources are well channelled, things will work well.

Likewise in the industry, I’ve worked with big names on the musical scene like ‘Wizkid, Sarkodie, Tiwa Savage, Jaywon, Skiibii, Kcee, Efya, Mr Eazi, Harmonize, Diamond Platnumz, Tecno and Ice Prince, Gyakie, all of all whose performances cut across the globe. What this is telling us is, if you know your onions and do songs which everyone can relate well with, musicians will last long in the industry,” Ilochonwu said.
