Dr Bala Abaine Angbazo, the late Aren Eggpn of the Eggon nation, has been buried in Nasarawa State.

The funeral service and tributes in honour of the late first-class traditional ruler took place in his country home in Awayi, Wakama Ward, Nasarawa Eggon LGA of Nasarawa State, with dignitaries from all works of life paying their last tribute to the man described as a hero of his time.

Governor Abdullahi Sule, who eulogized the virtues of the late monarch, said the ongoing construction of the Nassarawa Eggon Modern Market after completion will be named after the Royal Father.

Daily Sun reports that among the prominent personalities were Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State and his counterpart from Plateau State, Governor Simon Bako Lalong and the APC National Chairman Senator Abdullahi Adamu as well as Emir of Lafia HRH Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad, who led other traditional rulers among other personalities.
