Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has described the endless political persecutions of Igbo Presidential hopefuls as Rogue Operations by Abuja Cabals aimed at belittling leaders inclined with potentials and the track records to rescue Nigeria from its current state of socio-political quagmire.
In a statement, Secretary-General of the apex Igbo socio cultural group, Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro said Mr. Peter Obi is one of the most successful businessman and politician from the southeast.
” It’s on record as Former Governor of Anambra, there was evidence that he handed over substantive billions of Naira to his Successor and as Former Chairman of Southeast Governors for eight years he coordinated southeast effectively, “FG should apply caution and should be transparent in dealing with Peter Obi, ” We call for open interrogation techniques to be monitored by Nigerians”.
