A youth based socio-political group, Fìtílà Movement comprising of youths from different political and professional from all walks of life in Ogun State has thrown their weight behind re-election bid of Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, and also began mobilizing support for
All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates including Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The group which has its based in
Odogbolu Local Government, declared its support for all APC candidates at the unveiling of various political campaign materials for its presidential, Tinubu, gubernatorial, Abiodun, senatorial, Gbenga Daniel and others.
The coordinator of group who is also the the executive chairman, Odogbolu Local Government, Ladejobi Shuaib stated that members of Fìtílà movement have continuously been sensitizing the people of the activities and achievements of APC both at the state and national level.
He held that they chose to endorse all APC candidates from the presidency to the state House of Assembly because of their believe in good governance.
Mr. Mogaji Tunde, the spokesperson for Fìtílà Movement said, “The implementation of Governor Dapo Abiodun ISEYA agenda in the past 31/2 years of his administration and his all-inclusiveness governance have earned him an almost no opponent in Ogun state which directly gives all other APC candidates in the state a smooth ride to winning all the elective office in the 2023 general election and we would continue to clamor and work for a Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidency because of his track record as a Governor of Lagos”.
