Within some years, the Kano-born founder of A A Rano Group has been able to nurture his conglomerate into a multi-billion naira business empire that cuts across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Rano is not done yet as he is still looking to blaze into a new industry. Early this week, the billionaire announced his new interest in the aviation business with the birth of his Rano Air. The business mogul has acquired five brand new EMB-145LRs aircraft to start operations before year 2022 ends while he has set up plans to gradually increase the fleet to accommodate more Nigerians flying more routes.
