Bamigbola Gbolagunte, Akure

Ondo State Deputy Governor and governorship candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), Mr Agboola Ajayi, has assured that his administration will reduce the tuition of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko to N50,000 if he emerges the next Governor of the State.

Ajayi promised to create a civil service revolving credit scheme within his first 100 days in office.

Speaking at the official flag off of his campaign in Ore, headquarters of Odigbo Local Government Area, Ajayi assured that he will initiate zero pothole project across the State.

The governoship candidate promised to start “Operation Restore Power” in the southern senatorial district within his first 100 days in office.

Ajayi, urging people of the state to vote out Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of the All Progressive Congress (APC), said Akeredolu’s administration has no welfare plans for the people of the State.

He added that the Governor had failed to provide basic welface packages for the people in the last three and half years of his administration and has no business in government after the expiration of his tenure.

The Deputy Governor also denied any planned alliance with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), saying that he will contest the governorship election under the platform of the ZLP.
