The Ondo State Police command has arrested four suspects at an uncompleted building at Alagbaka area of Akure, the state
capital where kidnappers and ritualists allegedly use as hideout.
Three of the suspects who are in their twenties are said to be ex-convicts who recently regained their freedom.
The building used as hideout by suspected kidnappers and ritualists was discovered on Monday, with many domestic items found inside it.
The building has become a mecca of sorts as many people throng the building to verify things for themselves.
It was gathered that the residents of Akure and other neighbouring towns have since been going to the building apparently to catch a glimpse of the building.
It was gathered that the abandoned building is owned by a retired Judge in the state and it has become a hideout for criminals.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the state police command, Mr. Femi Joseph, who confirmed the arrest of the suspects said three of the suspects are ex-convicts.
He hinted that the suspects were arrested in different parts of the state following a tip off by some members of the public.
The four suspects, according to the police image maker will be charged to court soon.
