Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, will on Thursday February 9, 2023 commission Phase One of Westlink Iconic Estate, which is a joint venture project between Odu’a Investment Company Limited and Chapter 4 Estates Limited, situated next to Nigeria Brewery at Alakia in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The six governors in the South West, Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Abiodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), and Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), who are shareholders in Odu’a Investment Company Limited, are expected to join Osinbajo during the commissioning.
Head, Branding and Communication, Odu’a Investment Company Limited, Victor Ayetoro, in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan on Tuesday said “the 67 households Phase One of Westlink Iconic Estate consists of four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached duplexes and three bedroom apartment flats all tastefully finished within this medium density gated real estate development that is planned to be the largest private sector real estate development in Oyo State.
“The is another hallmark delivery of quality housing by Odu’a Investment in unlocking value from its real estate portfolio through strategic joint venture.”
Dignitaries expected at the commissioning include high-network individuals, government functionaries, our business partners and other stakeholders of the Odu’a Investment.
