To know that all these happened at a period when a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and pastor was the Acting President, you can see what the All Progressives Congress (APC) type of politics does or has done to people in this country and the country itself.
It is a shame.

Truth of the matter
The truth of the matter is that Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy, left those he would have directed his message of #OurMumuDonDo; they are the senators, lawmakers and ministers. He should have told those of them still collecting salaries and pensions from their states to stop it.
After all, President Muhammadu Buhari properly and officially handed over power to the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (SAN), before he travelled to the United Kingdom for medical treatment.
Why did Charly Boy and his group call for Buhari’s resignation or resumption when he did the right thing by allowing the Vice President to work as Acting President? The sponsors of #OurMumuDonDo should stop it.

Change is restructuring
But Femi, you should know that the wealth of the Niger Delta is mind-blowing. And any greedy person who finds himself in the position of having a chunk of it starts singing a different tune to what he was singing while in the cold! This has always been so from Independence.
Today, the change is no more Change. It begins with those outside and not those within the corridors of power. Change is restructuring to us, and a status quo to them!

No crime in restructuring
There is no crime in restructuring Nigeria. But what are we going to do with our leaders, are we going to restructure them to stop stealing funds meant for development?

DSS’ selective action
The Department of State Services (DSS) said it wou;d deal with (ethnic) agitators. Has this same DSS ever said it would deal with Boko Haram or Fulani herdsmen?

Buhari never prayed for Yar’Adua
Adeoti, thanks for your piece, “Aisha Buhari: Tale of the Ailing Lion King,” in Daily Sun of Thursday, July 13, 2017.
You are correct, our current leader, President Muhammadu Buhari, was one of those who literally wished the late President Umaru Yar’Adua dead.
Truly, “He never pretended to have prayed for Yar’Adua’s recovery.” It is really an irony of life and a lesson for all of us.

APC means fraud
Oga Femi, the All Progressives Congress (APC) or whatever they are called simply means fraud. They are exactly the opposite of whatever they preach.
I am sorry for some nice men that mistakenly joined them.

Be kind with your words
I cherish your fine article on Aisha. Buhari’s past utterances on Yar’Adua took me down memory lane.
Can we ever learn how to be kind with our words? The truth is this, it is from within. If the heart thinks clean, it can speak clean!
Well done sir! God bless.

What goes round…
The Presidency must save the nation from the current agony by declaring the President incapacitated, to pave the way for his impeachment.
Tit-for-tat. What goes around comes around indeed.

More considerate
If Yar’Adua had truly beaten Buhari and if Nigeria were not a country where even the so-called intellectuals take sides with falsehood that favours their interests, perhaps, Buhari would have been more considerate.

Between Yar’Adua, Buhari
There is a great deal of difference between the situation in Yar’Adua’s case and what we have at hand at the moment.
When President Muhammadu Buhari made that declaration, Yar’Adua was unarguably on life support. I am not aware that Buhari is currently on life support.
There should be clear objectivity.

Kudos, Gov Ortom
Kudos to Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State on his statement: “I was elected to protect life and property of every resident of the state, not to preside over dead people.”
I wish all South East governors would make out time to read it. See Daily Sun of Thursday, June 15, 2017, page 3.

No moral govt
Femi, we have no moral government. I want to bring to your notice that Ali Sheriff and Markafi were planted in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by government to distabilise the opposition. They are being sponsored, check their stands.
Thanks.
