All Progressive Congress (APC)’s governorship candidate, Alhaji Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola, has delivered his ward, Oloti ward 1, unit 2 in Popo community of Iragbiji town in Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State.
At the polling unit, APC polled 351 to win while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s Ademola Adeleke polled 134 to emerge second. The candidate of the Advanced Democratic Party (ADP), Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, polled 25 votes.

While the Social Democratic Party (SDP), candidate, Iyiola Omisore, polled 6 votes.
…As Akande loses unit
Former Osun State Governor and former Interim National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande, yesterday lost his Unit 012, Ila Local Government Area.
He lost it to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which polled 78 votes while APC polled 49 votes.
The other parties polled the following votes: SDP 19, UPN 1, Accord 1 and ACD 1.
