Oyo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluseun Abimbola, has advocated an effective implementation of multi-door court law recently accented to by Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

He stated this while receiving the new executive members of Nigerian Bar Association, Ibadan branch who visited him in his Office at the Ministry of Justice, Secretariat, Ibadan.

The commissioner explained that the multi-door court will afford other courts in the state the opportunity to settle the convicts of minor offences and ensure speedy administration of justice.

He assured members of the bar the support and assistance of the government towards achieving optimum level of operation standard in the state, adding that the recruitment exercise for more state counsel shall be concluded soonest.

In his remarks, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Wasiu Gbadegesin, charged the bar and the law enforcement agencies to be involved in the multi-door court law to ensure compliance with the provision of this act for the realisation of it purpose.
