P31 Experience, an exceptional customer service consulting firm, launched “The CX Community Africa”, which caters to customer experience professionals, business owners, and top executives within any corporate organisation. The CX Community Africa aims to become a hub for customer experience professionals. The launch took place at the maiden edition of the CX Con Africa 2022 conference by the firm, held at Radisson Blu Hotel Ikeja. 

In her presentation, Oluwatobi Kola-Sodipo, Co-Founder of P31 Experience and Convener of CX Con Africa, said, “The goal of the CX Community Africa is to change the perspective about customer experience and how businesses are built to make customer thrive.
