Aloysius Attah, Onitsha

Chairman of the Atiku/Obi presidential Campaign Committee in Anambra state, Mr. Oseloka Obaze, has raised concerns over possible manipulation of the huge number of Permanent Voters’ Cards still lying uncollected at various local government headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nationwide few hours to the commencement of the general elections.

While addressing newsmen in Awka, Obaze recalled that INEC, had the last time it released the number of uncollected PVCs put the figure to about 18million and urged the commission to ensure and also convince Nigerians at the end of the elections that those uncollected PVCs were not used to manipulate figures during the elections.
