Senator representing Plateau South in the National Assembly, Prof. Nora Dadu’ut has called on his constituents to imbibe the spirit of peace and unity as the nation mark her 62nd independence anniversary.
Sen. Daduut in a press statement on Saturday urged Nigerians to maintain the unity, faith and hope preached by the founding father’s of the nation.
She enjoined the people of the country to keep faith with the Nigeria project and shun divisive tendencies.
” I want to use this occasion to greet the President of our Country, President Muhammadu Buhari, the Senate President Senator Ahmed Lawan, the Chief Justice of the Federation Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the  Governor of  Plateau state His Excellency Barrister Simon Bako Lalong , and the good people of Plateau South  Senatorial District on this our noble  Independence anniversary, and to commend their contributions towards repositioning our great State and Country on the path of honour.”
Senator Daduut  thanked  the People of Plateau South for their  resilience and support so far and vowed to  continue to work with other key stakeholders for the  growth and development of Plateau  State and  the Nation .
She  called  on citizens of the state especially those from my Senatorial district to continue to live in peace with one another.
” I call  on citizens of Plateau South to maintain unity, faith and hope as preached by Nigeria’s founding fathers, we  must all work  together to make the country better.”
She further appealed  to citizens of Plateau South to be actively involved in the forthcoming general elections and support the Simon Lalong led administration.
