We recently celebrated our second anniversary in a low key. However, looking back I must give thanks to God for the feat attained so far. As a company we started doing something people were not doing in the real estate business which was a strategic video campaign, making it more like a show. So, I leverage on social media a lot. I use Instagram, and other social media platforms to advertise our properties. Also, we are a company that is particular about integrity, so we always get referrals from our clients. We tried everything possible to be out there. At the moment we have properties everywhere within the Island in Lagos and we are also welcoming partnerships and joint ventures on our projects with 35 per cent ROI on Capital for 12 months. We are getting more clients because we don’t toy with our integrity. Customer satisfaction and our integrity matter to us and we have been getting massive patronage business because of this.
