How to make a classic chic ripped jeans

First, the obvious thing to do is to pick the pair of jeans you want to rip, be it a skinny, high waist cropped or baggy jeans then gather the supplies you need like sandpaper, paint-removing block and a small pair of scissors or razor blade. Then insert a piece of cardboard or a small wooden block inside your trousers or what have you.

Mark your desired style on the jeans and lay it on a surface (cardboard or small wood) then apply your supplies to distress the jeans.

Use your sandpaper or paint-removing block to rub the torn areas until it looks worn out.

Take a break and look at your work, start all over again if you want more rips.
