Rivers Rerun: Protesters shut INEC RAC centres in 3 LGAs

A group of voters suspected to be loyal to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, have protested alleged distribution of fake result sheets in Tai, Gokana and Khana Local Government Areas of the state. The protesters have closed the gate of the the three RAC centres is the three LGAs demanding the provision of the original result sheets meant for the elections. In Gokana LGA some of the buses that left before the discovery was made have been abandoned outside the centre. At press time, 12pm, voters were still waiting the arrival of electoral materials.
