Nwawulu said the project formed part of Rotary Club goals to strengthen the capacity of communities by supporting basic education and literacy.

“The reason the club embarked on this project is to contribute its little quota in acquisition of education and literacy by the younger generation. And we know our contribution will be of great impact on the students,” he said.

He also encourages other organisations to emulate them and not leave the government as sole investor in the education sector, especially in public schools.
