S/South APC Women Rally:  40 million Women Votes for Tinubu not negotiable – APC National Women Leader

Ahead of the February 25th Presidential Elections Next year, All Progressive Congress (APC) have just concluded her South-South Women Rally held at UJ Esuene Stadium, Calabar on Saturday.

The Rally organized by the APC Women Presidential Campaign Council headed by the Wife of the President, Her Excellency, Dr Aisha Muhammadu Buhari saw thousands of women gathered to celebrate the Presidential Flag Bearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima. Her Excellency, Dr Aisha Buhari was ably represented by her daughter, Zahrah Buhari.

The Chief host, His Excellency Senator Prof Ben Ayade reassured the APC Presidential Flag Bearer of Cross River State Votes. He
added that women are the most loyal party members, “that is why we are supporting women to participate in our democratic process.” We in Cross River State will Vote APC from top to bottom.

Speaking in Calabar, the Wife of APC Presidential Flag Bearer, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, said, “ the show of love and support is massive and as such will not take it for granted. She eulogized the sterling performance of His Excellency Senator Prof Ben Ayade in the State and Senator Bassey Edet Otu who she described as an excellent legislator alongside the Governor who made the 7th Legislative Assembly very interesting.

In her address, the daughter of the President, Zahrah Buhari who represented, Dr Aisha Buhari, affirmed that Bola Tinubu will consolidate on the achievements of the Present administration and move the country further if voted into power in the 2023 poll.

The South South Zonal Coordinator of Asiwaju/Shettima Presidential Women Campaign Council and the host, Dr Linda Ayade disclosed that, Senator Bola Tinubu is all about the youths. So, all the women and youths are getting involved in nation building and most especially get involved in the forthcoming election by voting Asiwaju who would move the country forward; she stated.

An elated APC National Women Leader, Dr Betta Edu said: “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be the president in whom all Nigerians will be well pleased. He did excellently well as Governor of Lagos State and to ensure that he wins the 2023 presidential election, APC Women under my watch, will ensure that he gets 40 million votes in the presidential election next year. “Asiwaju carry go, the people of Cross River State and South South as a whole are solidly behind you; she noted.

APC Women Presidential Campaign Council led by the Wife of the President, Aisha Muhammadu Buhari accompanied by Senator Oluremi Tinubu had paid a courtesy visit to the Obong of Calabar, His Eminence, Edidem Ekpo Okon Abasi Otu V, Natural ruler, Treaty King, Defender of the Christian Faith and Grand Patriarch of the Efik Kingdom.

The rally had in attendance the Wife of the APC Vice Presidential Candidate, Her Excellency, Nana Shettima, Cross River State Deputy Governor, Prof Ivara Ejemot Esu, Dame Florence Ita Giwa, Wife of APC Governor’s, amongst many others.
