Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki has expressed grief over the demise of the Chairman of Chanchangi Airlines and foremost businessman, Alhaji Ahmadu Chanchangi, who he described as ‘an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist’.

Saraki, in a statement, by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, said the late Chanchangi would be missed for his philanthropy, diligence, management finesse and humble lifestyle.

He said Chanchangi would be remembered as one of the nation’s great men who grew from a humble beginning to become a highly respected international figure through dint of hard work.

He commiserated with the immediate family of the deceased, especially his son, Hon.  Rufai Chanchangi, a member of the 8th House of Representatives, the people and governments of both Kaduna and Taraba states.

While praying Allah to grant the soul of the departed a place in Aljanah Firdaus, Saraki called on his family to take solace in the fact that Chanchangi lived a highly impactful life worthy of emulation.
