The absence of a prosecution witness, on Thursday, stalled the trial of the Registered Trustees of SCOAN alongside two engineers, Messrs

Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun and their companies, Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company and Jandy Trust Limited.

The Director, Directorate of Public Prosecution, Idowu Alakija, told

the court that Prosecution Witness 6, who was expected from overseas,

called last minute that he was not able to make it. She, therefore,

requested the court to give them at least one week for the witness to

appear before the court.
