Afrobeats singer Temilade Openiyi (popularly known as Tems) has won a Grammy award.

Tems won the award Sunday for her contribution to the hit song “Wait For Uby Future”, featuring Drake. The award ceremony took place at Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles.

On Saturday, Tems was sighted among the guests that attended the Roc Nation pre-Grammy Brunch held at a private residence in Bel-Air, Los Angeles. Dressed in a white gown, the singer was seen having a conversation with Roc Nation’s founder, Jay-Z and his wife, Beyonce.

Popular musician Damini Ogbulu (“Burna Boy”) lost two nominations in the Best Global Music Album and Best Global Music Performance categories.
